Sometimes people are harassed by their superior sexually, for example, the manager may be having sexual advances to an employee. Sometimes the employee might be asked to offer the sexual favor to the superior for them to be retained and if they do not adhere to it, they get fired from the job.

Sexual harassment can basically be defined as the ability to engage oneself in misconduct just so as to be able to gain certain maybe urgently needed sexual favors.
